State aid in Interreg for beginners

State aid

The training is addressed to beginners and will cover the notion of State aid, approaches (especially General Block Exemption Regulation and de minimis) to dealing with State aid
both in Member States and outside, in case of programmes covering third countries. The special focus of the training is the Article 20 and 20a since they are created especially
for Interreg programmes. The topic of indirect aid will also be covered.

The general aim of the training is to familiarise new staff working in Joint Secretariats and Managing Authorities what State aid is and how it can be dealt with in Interreg programmes. The training can also be interesting for the staff in those programmes which use the Article 20 and Article 20a of GBER.

The agenda of the webinar is available here.

Due to high number of participants the registration was closed, but the webinar will be repeated in the second half of the year.
