External cooperation

Interact supports cooperation, both within the EU, and between EU member states and third countries. In addition to cooperation with Norway and Switzerland, specific forms of external cooperation support the cooperation between an EU Member State and a non-Member State.

Interreg IPA 

IPA stands for Pre-Accession Assistance and is an European Union financial instrument which has supported candidate countries in preparation for their accession to the EU.
