Jems demo and consultation for Controllers

Following the completion of the Jems development phase, Interact continues to provide regular consultations and user support. In response to feedback from Controllers in the Jems User Feedback Survey, Interact is organizing an online Jems demo and consultation event. This session will showcase the latest software updates and provide a space for Controllers to ask questions and share insights. This event is designed to help Controllers understand and utilize the newest features in Jems while providing a platform to discuss usability and workflow enhancements.

What to Expect:

• Live Demo: Key Jems version 11 & version 12 features for Controllers
  Many Interreg Programmes have just upgraded to the latest Jems release versions, meaning Controllers may not have had access to key improvements so far. This session will provide a first-hand look at:
  • 1-click export of UI tables to Excel
  • Bulk file download for attachments
  • Financial living tables
  • Latest versions of standard export plugins
• Interactive Q&A and Discussion, where participants will have the opportunity to:
  • Share questions, concerns, and feedback directly with the Interact team
  • Discuss ways to improve Jems usability and workflows
  • Identify additional needs for training or guidance to maximize efficiency in their work
