SCOs - Let's take another step

SCOs Uncategorised

2023 has been the first year for most programmes when beneficiaries submitted project reports and claimed reimbursement of expenditures. Expenditures have been verified according to risk-based management verification (RBMV).

During this 2-day webinar, participants had the opportunity to share experiences on the combination of SCOs and RBMV.  In addition, they exchanged on the practical aspects of SCOs and double financing. What were the points of attention?

During the second day we turned the spotlight once again on the unit costs. Following the trend from the previous programming period, in 2021-2027 programme-specific unit costs have become even more popular. Some programmes decided to use their unit costs on both levels (i.e., between beneficiaries and programme, and programme and the EC). Participants were invited participants to exchange on their experiences with unit costs. What have been the lessons learnt so far, and what are the future options?

As always, during the webinar participants also received updates on various SCOs news from different working areas.
