Evaluation Regulatory Framework

The primary document setting the obligation for programme evaluation in EU financed Structural Fund programmes, including the European Territorial Cooperation ones, is the Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund and the Cohesion Fund. Articles 47-49 in particular are relevant to programme evaluation.
