INTERACT organised the third meeting of European Territorial Cooperation practitioners who are working on preparations for the next programming period - with a focus on programme management issues.
This time, only programme management for the post 2013 period was discussed while programming process is the theme of several separate workshops (at least four in 2012).
The first day was dedicated to harmonised implementation tools (assessment criteria, application forms, reporting forms, monitoring checklists) where the entire draft package was discussed. The second day focused on the final versions of the models and guidance documents, developed by INTERACT in 2011-2012, on the “Memorandum of Understanding” (model for Member State agreement to the OP (acc. To art. 7(5) of draft ETC Regulation)) discussed for validation by the ETC community.
Target groups for this working group are Joint Technical Secretariats, Managing Authorities, national/regional authorities responsible for ETC programmes (MSC members).
