Programme Management
Joint implementation of cross border cooperation programmes at the external borders of the EU is a developing process. Therefore, it is important that the involved authorities are cooperating and exchanging in order to ensure an efficient and smooth implementation.
In order to support the theme of programme management, the Network of Joint Managing Authorities (with the participation also of representatives of Joint Technical Secretariats) of ENPI CBC programmes has been set up. Two meetings of the network have taken place where programme implementation issues as well as possible synergies of ENPI CBC with other instruments and strategies have been discussed during the previous network meetings.
In addition, two network meetings of ENPI CBC National Information/Contact Points have taken place . These meetings have offered the possibility for national and regional authorities involved in the support of potential applicants, beneficiaries and partners of ENPI CBC programmes to share their experiences, transfer know-how and exchange good practices.
