INTERACT organised on 24 November 2009 in Lyon a one day seminar that focused on decommitment and application of N+2 / N+3 rule in ETC Programmes.
The seminar targeted relatively new programme staff (JTS and MA staff essentially) interested in the issues related to decommitment and financial programme management respecting N+2 / N+3 rules. The seminar was composed of theoretical and practical part (case studies) and aimed at working out effective strategies taking into account decommitment risks.
