Amended version of Regulation (EC) No 1828/2006 Adopted on 1 September 2009 Available for Download

Commission Regulation (EC) No 384/2009, amending the so-called Implementing Regulation (EC) No 1828/2006, was published today in the Official Journal of the European Union.
The new regulation contains a series of amendments of particular importance to the Territorial Cooperation programmes:
- Articles 8 and 9 on information and publicity requirements
- Article 13 on the role of the Managing Authority and Controllers
- Article 14 on accounting records
- Article 18 on documents presented by the Audit Authority
- Article 20 on documents submitted by the Certifying Authority
- Article 28 on reporting of irregularities - derogations in initial reporting
- Article 30 on reporting on follow-up - non-recovery
- Article 33 on contacts with Member States
- Article 35 on provision of information to committees - this article is deleted
- Article 36 on irregularities under the reporting threshold
- Article 43 on financial engineering instruments
