The practical manual developed by INTERACT Point Vienna is now available
It is based on a practical approach to public procurement procedures according to external rules. It can be used as a helpful tool for finding solutions related to tendering procedures in IPA CBC Programmes with EU Member States under shared management.
Please note that this practical manual is primarily dedicated to programme management (not directly to project beneficiaries).
