In celebration of the 5th anniversary of the European Union enlargement in 2004, the Information Point East of the INTERREG IVC programme developed a brochure called “EXPERIENCE-COOPERATION-DEVELOPMENT: Regions of Enlarged Europe Sharing Solutions. East area perspective”.
This publication is a reflection upon the challenges and benefits of interregional cooperation before and after the European Union accession, including the visions of the newest members – Bulgaria and Romania. It contains selected examples of projects implemented in the framework of INTERREG IIIC and INTERREG IVC programmes and depicts the joint actions undertaken by the European regions. The brochure focuses on the countries covered by the Information Point East area.
