Several INTERACT studies and publications are available at the moment:

INTERACT Cross-programme evaluation. During 2009-2010 INTERACT Point Vienna conducted two pilot studies aimed at testing the joint evaluation approach together with cross-border cooperation programmes in Central and South-Eastern Europe. Three documents were produced as an outcome of the pilot cross-programme evaluation. More information on the Pilot evaluation and reports can be found here.
Practical Handbook for Ongoing Evaluation of Territorial Cooperation Programmes. The Handbook was developed by the INTERACT Evaluation Laboratory Group consisting of representatives of ETC programmes, European Commission, external experts and INTERACT. You can download the Handbook below or consult its online version at the INTERACT Publication Centre.
INTERACT study of the Mid-Term Evaluations of INTERREG programmes for the programming period of 2000 until 2006. The study was prepared by INTERACT Secretariat in January 2005.
INTERACT study on Selected Monitoring Systems in use by INTERREG III Programmes across EU-25. PHASE ONE: Survey of Monitoring Systems. The study was prepared by INTERACT Point Managing Transition and External Cooperation in November 2005.
INTERACT study Process Monitoring of Impacts. Applied study for the European Territorial Cooperation programmes prepared by INTERACT Point Managing Transition and External Cooperation in October 2007.
