INTERACT Project Management Event in Lithuania

INTERACT Point Turku held a two day event on project management in Vilnius on 10 and 11 November.
The agenda for the two days included dealing with the the framework of project management, idea generation, project development, implementation, project closure and case study presentations.
The event mainly targeted programme secretariats and Lead Partners in the North East of Europe.
