Evaluation of European Territorial Cooperation Programmes

INTERACT held a seminar on Evaluation in European Territorial Cooperation Programmes in Cracow (PL) on 11-12 May 2010.

This was a repeat of the last three recent evaluation seminars organised by INTERACT in Dublin, Helsinki and Thessaloniki. The seminar was targeted at programme stakeholders involved in planning and implementing programme evaluation, such as new staff of the Managing Authorities and the Joint Technical Secretariats, and the members of the Monitoring and Steering Committees.

Participants were given an overview of the basic Strategic and Regulatory Framework, Evaluation Plan, Terms of References, Evaluation of Communication, as well as on Evaluation Processes. Besides the general presentations there were some practical examples of the programmes and a lot of room for Q&A sessions.
