EGTC National Provisions - State of Play

The INTERACT Website provides a complete and updated list of national provisions adopted to date in application of the EGTC Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1082/2006).
To our knowledge, 23 Member States have now, at least partially for Federal States, adopted national provisions. These provisions are available for download under the EGTC Section of our Website.
The latest available national provisions made available on the INTERACT Website are those of the Land Lower Austria, Latvia , Ireland and the Netherlands.
