Monitoring & Evaluation
There are different levels and kinds of monitoring and evaluation in the ENPI CBC programmes (project, programme, EU level), and this theme is designed to coordinate these efforts and to find synergies between them.
To support this theme, the Laboratory Group on Monitoring and Evaluation has been set up. Three meetings of the group have taken place with the focus being on monitoring methodologies, aggregation of indicators as well as project and programme evaluation.
