INTERACT Point Vienna Expert Pool: Ongoing Call for Expressions of Interest!

INTERACT Point Vienna is inviting interested experts to submit an expression of interest for support in various activities.
Since 2003 INTERACT has regularly cooperated with external experts in the provision of its services. Our experts have mostly been individuals involved in the day-to-day programme and project management of INTERREG / European Territorial Cooperation (ETC) programmes.
If you have already submitted an expression of interest in the past, but you would like to update it to include new areas of expertise or more recent work experience, please resubmit your expression of interest using the instructions below. Information already submitted remains available in our database throughout the programming period.
Fields of expertise searched for:
- ETC - General Framework
- Programme and Project Management
- Financial Management of INTERREG / ETC Programmes
- Management of IPA CBC programmes between Member States and Candidate / Potential Candidate Countries
- Evaluation and Monitoring of INTERREG / ETC Programmes and Projects
- Communication and Public Relations of INTERREG / ETC Programmes and Projects
Target groups of INTERACT are stakeholders of INTERREG / ETC programmes such as Managing Authorities, Joint Technical Secretariats, Certifying Authorities, Audit Authorities, and First Level Controllers as well as members of the Monitoring and Steering Committees and other representatives of Member States and regions. For INTERACT IPA CBC services, the target group also includes programme stakeholders from IPA countries, including Operating Structures. In exceptional cases, the target group can also encompass project managers / final beneficiaries.
Due to the dynamic and demand-driven nature of INTERACT, external experts could be involved in a range of activities such as expert input to INTERACT events, contribution to the INTERACT newsletter, peer-to-peer reviews, research and preparation of summary articles, studies and practical handbooks.
REQUIREMENTS:
All experts are expected to have:
- A proven track record in the areas of regional development and especially the European Regional Development Fund (and in case of IPA CBC external funds cooperation). Experience with INTERREG/European Territorial Cooperation and/or IPA CBC programmes is highly appreciated;
- Good knowledge and understanding of the legal and institutional framework of European Territorial Cooperation programmes;
- Good command of English language.
