INTERACT Seminar on the EGTC

INTERACT organised a training and exchange seminar on the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation.

The objective of this 1.5 day seminar was to address following questions through presentations and group discussions:

what is the EGTC?
for whom is it? for what purpose can it be used?
how does it work? how to use it?
which modifications to the legal framework can be expected to take place, following the 2011 report by the European Commission (due by 1 August 2011)?
