Public procurement in the Member States and non-Member States participating in the IPA CBC programmes implemented under shared management is being implemented according to the "Rules and procedures for service, supply and works contracts financed from the general budget of the European Communities for the purposes of cooperation with third countries".

First seminar on IPA Public procurement in shared managament for the staff of IPA CBC programmes e.g. staff of JTSs/Antennae, MA, FLC, NA, etc. took place at the premises of the Region Emilia-Romagna in Bologna, Italy on 23 February 2010.
