The INTERACT ENPI annual conference in Rome 10-11 December

The INTERACT ENPI Annual Conference 10-11 December was organised in close co-operation with Lazio region in Italy and EuropeAid Cooperation Office. The annual conference is an arena for the ENPI CBC programmes to meet and to exchange experience on practical implementation issues and technical programme management

The further aim of the conference was to discuss future challenges and strategic implementation approaches that can have practical implications for the ENPI CBC programmes from and after 2010. The Conference was structured in a plenary session followed by 3 parallel workshops. The plenary allowed for panel interventions and discussions among participants regarding lessons learnt in relation to current challenges as well as further strategic initiatives.

The three workshops were structured towards a focused discussion on technical and management questions; 1. Project evaluation and selection / First Call for Proposals, 2. Monitoring and evaluation of Projects and programmes and 3. Procurement procedures and Large scale projects.
