Seminar on Public Procurement in IPA-CBC Programmes

INTERACT Point Vienna is organising a seminar on public procurement rules in IPA CBC implemented in shared management. The seminar is scheduled for February 2010, exact date and venue to be confirmed.
The seminar addresses programme stakeholders in various stages of management and implementation of IPA CBC programmes, such as staff of Managing Authorities, Joint Technical Secretariats, controlling bodies, etc.
The objective of the seminar is to discuss and explore the most effective way of implementation of external procurement rules applicable to both sides of the borders – Member States and non Member States.
