Compendium of First Level Control Procedures in Territorial Cooperation now online

The handbook on control procedures developed by INTERACT with ETC controllers is now online available for download.
INTERACT, together with ETC controllers, programme finance managers and an external expert has drafted a handbook on control procedures commonly used in European Territorial Cooperation and IPA-CBC Programmes under shared management. The first version of the ‘Compendium of First Level Control Procedures in Territorial Cooperation’ is now available on the INTERACT website.
The compendium is a first version of a document that is intended to grow over time as INTERACT receives further inputs and suggestions. The compendium reflects the state-of-the-art of ETC control work and is understood as:
- a structured collection of control procedures already used by ETC and IPA-CBC controllers,
- a community effort based on many contributions from controllers and programme managers,
- a contribution to the further harmonisation of terminology used in first level control in order to improve the communication among controllers in different countries as well as between controllers and programme managers, auditors, etc.
