Third meeting of the Audit and Finance Network of ENPI CBC programmes took place 30 - 31 March 2010 in Brussels,, in premises of the Tuscany Region
The meeting was targeted to the internal audit services and financial staff (authorizing and
accounting officers) of the Joint Managing Authorities and financial staff of the Joint Technical
Secretariats. Where foreseen by programmes, Audit Authorities were invited to attend as well.
The methodology was based on a balanced mixture of up-front elements and participatory sessions. The main aim was to cover all open issues raised during the meeting held in October last year. In addition, updates on the main audit and finance issues, including preliminary guidance on internal and external audit, was presented.
