EGTC National Provisions Adopted in Almost all EU Member States
19.01.2010
A recent review by INTERACT of the adoption of national provisions on the EGTC Regulation lists the now almost complete list of national provisions
Regulation (EC) No 1082/2006 of 5 July 2006 required EU Member States to adopt national provisions in order to make the Community Instrument applicable under their national legal framework. Though this requirement was set for 1 August 2007, many delays have occurred in various Member States.
A recent review indicates that now 23 Member States have officially adopted a full set of national provisions. The latest information comes from Ireland (16 December 2009) and the Netherlands (26 November 2009).
All adopted national provisions are available at the following link.
