The Fifth meeting of the Audit and Finance Network of ENPI CBC Programmes took place in Brussels on 19-20 January 2012. During Day 1 issues concerning financial management of projects and programmes were discussed, whereas Day 2 was devoted to audit matters.

The discussion about the draft legal framework for EU Cohesion Policy instrument has already started. Draft regulations were published by the European Commission on 6 October 2011 and are now subject to review and approval in the European Council and the European Parliament.
