Harmonised programme implementation tools
Developing and finalising tools such as core assessment criteria, application forms, project progress and final reports or monitoring checklists
INTERACT has performed an analysis and comparison of the approaches and documents used by the European Territorial Cooperation programmes during this period. The analysis reveals a great degree of similarities, which present an opportunity for harmonisation. Taking into account the outcome of the future consultation process carried out during 2010, INTERACT has started to work on harmonisation proposals for some of the implementation tools: core assessment criteria, the application form, project progress and the final report, monitoring checklist.
The aim is to further develop and finalise these tools within the framework of this working group, which will be valid for all ETC programmes and included in the guidance for post 2013 ETC programmes.
