DG Regio Mailing 30 March 2010 - Calculation of overheads
In its mailing of 30 March to managing authorities of ETC programmes the European Commission clarified the following:
Please be reminded that in accordance with Art. 52 of the Commission's Implementing Regulation as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) no. 846/2009, the use of the calculation of overheads pursuant to Art. 52 is no longer possible for projects approved after 13 October 2009.
