INTERACT organised a one-day seminar that focused on decommitment and application of N+2 / N+3 rule in ETC Programmes on 6 July 2010 in Turin
The seminar targeted programme staff (JTS and MA staff essentially, but also other programme structures such as intermediate bodies and national representatives) interested in the issues related to decommitment and financial programme management respecting N+2 / N+3 rules.
During the seminar the participants had the opportunity to learn what decommitment really was, how it was applied, and what the effective strategies were to avoid decommitment. Each theoretical part was complemented by practical case study exercises. Effective techniques to avoid decommitment in INTERREG III Programmes were presented as well.
