Call for Tender - Strategic Evaluation of the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013

The Managing Authority of the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 invites you to submit a tender to carry out the strategic evaluation of the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013.
The Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013 is one of the 13 transnational programmes, part-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the Territorial Cooperation Objective of the European Union (EU). The eligible area includes the EU Member States Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden and the northern parts of Germany, as well as the neighbouring countries Norway, Belarus and the north-west regions of Russia.
Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein as the Managing Authority of the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-1013 is responsible for arranging the call for tender and the contracting of the evaluator.
On behalf of the Monitoring Committee and the Managing Authority, the Joint Technical Secretariat hereby opens the call for tender for the strategic evaluation of the Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013.
The strategic evaluation is carried out in order to analyse a number of external factors of strategic importance for the implementation and evolution of the Programme, and to provide recommendations for the current and future programme period.
The maximum budget for the external evaluation is EUR 80.000 (excl. VAT). The evaluation shall be carried out between October 2010 and June 2011.
