The seminar was targeted at new finance staff within the programmes or those wanting to refresh and update their knowledge of the requirements for the 2007-2013 Territorial Cooperation Programmes.
The seminar was planned for two days and interlinked theory with practice. During the training, the participant got not only an overview about programme and project financial management but also put this knowledge into practice through some exercises: the analysis of project budgets, the detection of irregularities and the calculation of the new decommitment targets.
