Training on How to use EC Framework Contracts for ENPI CBC Training will take place in Brussels on 24th February 2010
Training will focus on the detailed procedure for using the EC Framework Contract experts. The Framework Contract is an instrument for fast and transparent recruiting of experts (up to € 200.000 per contract) for activities in a sole interest of the beneficiary countries/authorities of the European Commission’s external aid programmes. In administrative terms, it is a multiple framework contract, i.e. made up of separate contracts, already concluded by EC with different service providers. The type of expertise available is separated in lots, such as transport and infrastructures, environment, etc.
Morning session is planned for training, the questions and answers session will follow after lunch.
