The EGTC section on the INTERACT website has been updated.
The EGTC section on the INTERACT website has been updated to include the list of all national provisions on the EGTC adopted to date. You can see the list of EU Member States that have already adopted national provisions and download the official legislation here (available in English and/or in the country´s official language).
Other new downloads are available in the EGTC section here. A non-exhaustive list of EGTCs already created or in the pipeline can be requested by e-mail.
