INTERACT has published a study with the results of the pilot activity led in 2011, which focuses on cooperation outside of ETC (Article 37.6(b)).
INTERACT has published the results of the pilot activity on cooperation in objectives 1 and 2, focusing especially on the use of Article 37.6(b) of Regulation 1083/2006, the EGTC and other forms of cooperation that do not belong to the ETC framework.
The contents of the publication include:
- the description of the pilot, its objectives and methodology
- the list of regions interested in this approach to cooperation
- a list of Frequently Asked Questions on the practical implementation of this type of cooperation
- a list of recommendations on the future implementation of Article 37.6 b and other forms of cooperation
- a short sample of projects implemented at transnational and interregional level outside the ETC framework
