ARCHIMED

The main aim of the ARCHIMED programme is to contribute to the territorial integration of the South-Eastern Mediterranean area and to accompany (on a Mediterranean basin level) the procedure of Barcelona, through actions that will eventually lead to the establishment of a Euro-Mediterranean Zone of Free Trade.

Geographical area

Central Mediterranean: Greece: Whole country, In Italy: The five regions of South Italy: Sicily, Calabria, Basilicata, Puglia and Campania. South - Eastern Mediterranean: Cyprus, Malta, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria: Gaza, Israel, Jordan, Egypt and Libya.
