The programme objectives are to stimulate the connection between people, to develop cross-border services, to support sustainable development and the common evaluation of areas in cross-border regions.

Geographical area

In France: The northern departments, department of Pas de Calais, Aisne and the Ardennes. In Wallonia: The provinces of Hainaut, Namur and parts of Luxembourg. In Flanders: The provinces of Flandre occidentale (apart from Bruges) and Flandre orientale (partially).
