The Managing Authority in Umeå, Sweden, is now looking for a desk officer in charge of leading the work of the secretariat. The programme language is Scandinavian, but because parts of the programme area are Finish speaking, the Joint Programme Secreteriat is looking for a person who speaks both Scandinavian and Finnish.
