Vacancy at SEUPB - Director (Readvertisement)
Belfast, Northern Ireland
Reporting to the Chief Executive, the successful applicant will be responsible, as part of the senior management team in the SEUPB, for key aspects of the management, implementation and delivery of an operational programme management framework for those 2007 - 2013 EU Structural Funds allocated to SEUPB, with an anticipated investment budget of circa MEUR 500.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in NI and Ireland
- Establish and Implement effective Administration and Financial Control Systems
- Development of Project Pipelines / Assessing Project Proposals for consideration by Steering Committees / Monitoring of projects
- General Programme Management / Staff Management
The Person:
- Senior management experience, reporting directly to a CEO or an Executive Management team on strategic and business planning, in the public, private, voluntary or community sectors.
- A high level of drive and determination and the ability to take personal responsibility for delivery of high quality results to tight deadlines.

Salary Scale: £35,120 - £48,824
