Advisory services
Under this service module we provide expertise for programme management; for instance, an INTERREG expert supports a newly established "Joint Technical Secretariat" in defining the selection criteria for project applications

MT management tools are developed and provided in the form of documentation, model contracts, forms for specific uses and best practice solutions for INTERREG management

Training opportunities
MT organises training seminars and modules, especially in the fields of financial management and project evaluation, as well as special workshops on numerous thematic issues from the INTERREG participants' fields of interest

With MT News and within this section of the INTERACT Website, MT has set up two topical platforms that function as a knowledge forum, focussing on the exchange of experience between INTERREG participants.
Setting up a network of INTERREG actors
MT set up a network of 15 Nominated Contact Persons (NCPs) from the MT partner countries. The members of the MT team, INTERREG experts for consultancy services and the NCPs together with the INTERREG actors build the MT network structure: interactive networking is the name of the game at MT.
Facilitating the exchange of knowledge and experience between INTERREG actors
MT promotes the exchange of expert knowledge and experience between INTERREG participants and enhances the synergy effects between the three INTERREG Strands III A, B and C.
MT built up a database of numerous INTERREG experts in order to provide tailor made consultancy services. Expert knowledge available throughout Europe is bundled, processed by MT, and placed at the disposal of the new INTERREG generation.
