Improving the quality of (municipal and regional) INTERREG projects.
Developing a strategy to involve town partnerships in the INTERREG programme, initially from within the partner countries.

Practical toolbox for local and regional authorities on (developing) INTERREG projects.
Strategy on involving town partnerships (and regional authorities) in the INTERREG programme.
Sustainable pipeline of INTERREG projects with participation of town partnerships.
