Overall responsibility for coordinating the INTERACT Point "IIIC Coordination" on behalf of Lead Partner North, JTS INTERREG IIIC North in Rostock. This includes coordination of activities between all four IP partners, financial management of the IP, joint elaboration of Progress reports, Work plans, Budgets etc. of the IP, observation of implementation of LP North activities, liaising with INTERACT (IPs, Secretariat, MA) , with INTERREG IIIC Programme and with other European stakeholders.

Coordination of common activities related to financial control and audit, especially the implementation of second level control checks in the four programming zones. This includes relations with the members of the Financial Control Group (FCG: EU25 + Norway), the four Winding-up Bodies and the international audit company in charge of implementing the checks on behalf of the FCG. Meetings of the FCG are also organised once a year.

Job description
As well as working on INTERREG IIIC West zone communications, Nuala coordinates INTERACT activities for INTERREG IIIC West, in particular Public relations and EU-wide events for all four INTERREG IIIC zones. This involves organising the Annual Interregional Cooperation Forum, which is to be held in Lisbon in September 2007.
