| Outline | The workshop gives the participants from central level programme administrations of Baltic Countries a covering overview on National Co-financing in INTERREG III programmes, focusing on INTERREG III A. State budget allocation, application of national co-financing as well as payment processes are described. Three distinctive models, centralised Finnish model, federal state model from Austria and a decentralised model from Sweden are given as examples. Monitoring system "BAS 2000" is introduced as a method for monitoring national co-financing component. |
