The workshop addressed a new topic, Project Management. Being an issue never touched before in workshops, it was necessary to make an ex-ante knowledge assessment. It proved to be more difficult than assumed, since language may represent a barrier sometimes. MT invited experts who were able to bring on one hand examples of their daily work, on the other side practical examples related to eligibility questions etc. Even in that case, it proved that having even a Polish expert would have been an additional asset.
Furthermore, the project manager realised that it is not sustainable to organise one single workshop for approximately 50 participants. The participation of two German colleagues as programme partners can be considered a clear added value.
