The workshops had focused on Financial Management and Eligibility of expenditures in the first half of the year. Following a tight programme, the Polish colleagues requested an integration by including Reporting and Monitoring as well.
Ms Kalnina and Ms Rafalzik were able to provide basic knowledge in a very accessible, but nevertheless extensive way. It was shown once again however, that the consideration of the practical aspects of Polish programmes day-to-day work is essential.
The documentation provided by the experts gave a very comprehensive picture of the topics addressed. This was the first time, the project manager had sent a questionnaire ex-ante to participants. This proved to be a mean, which needs to be optimized.
