| Outline | The expert, Mr Carlos Bolaňos, Financial Manager at the INTERREG IIIC East Secretariat, presented the main requirements for setting up first-level control and some basics on eligibility checking of expenditures, taking concrete INTERREG IIIC projects as example cases. 15 staff from the INTERREG and other European Programme departments had the opportunity to address specific questions on eligibility and work together on case studies. The main outcomes of the discussion were summarised in the form of minutes. |
