Background
In order to prepare for the New Programming Period and to focus on the contents required for the new programmes, the staff of the Planning Bureau of the Republic of Cyprus in charge of the management of INTERREG programmes and of the future Objective 3 Programmes requested an advisory service to INTERACT Point Managing Transition and External Cooperation. Since the INTERREG MA Greece cooperates with Cyprus in several INTERREG Programmes, also the Greek colleagues are invited. According to the long experience in INTERREG Programme management, the professional profile and the communication skills, the expert Ms. Sheila Maxwell was selected for this service.
