The staff exchange programme consist of participation in a live audit situation, participating the system audit of South Finland- Estonia INTERREG III A programme. The audit is being performed at the time when Estonian project partners have been able to apply for INTERREG III A funding and all programme management procedures have been set up accordingly. The expected outcome will be further understanding of both audit functions and of purpose of management procedures. |
