The Hungarian and Slovak partners composed of JTS members, regional offices, agencies and info points came together in Budapest in order to hear about the experience gathered by other Programmes in project generation and development. For those with less Programme experience, the day-to-day role of advising applicants had started only recently with the launch of the Hungary/Slovakia/Ukraine Neighbourhood Programme. Mr Paul O'Keeffe, Project Development Officer within the Wales/Ireland Programme, underlined some useful hints and shared his views on how best to advise the applicants. Ms Lindha Feldin, Project Officer with the INTERACT Point Qualification and Transfer, extended the presentation to methodologies observed within other Strand A and B programmes.
