This seminar was meant as a follow up to the formative event organised in Dresden one year prior and again focused on the management of INTERREG III A-programmes. However, this event included programmes from the entire INTERACT Point MT geographical area, providing the institutions involved in these programmes with the opportunity to meet and discuss potential or existing bottlenecks they had faced so far. Reflection on the challenges arising out of the Enlargement up till now and the preparation efforts for the New Programming Period will provided for further lively discussion among the various management institutions with the participation of representatives of the European Commission.
