| Outline | Workshop supporting Lithuanian and Polish Neighbourhood Programme implementers to start project assessment procedures after closing first call for proposals. The workshop includes sessions on Application of project, by filling in application forms, Assessment of application, by filling in checklist and scoring for the applied project, Scoring and checking, Eligibility and state aid in assessment; depreciation, in-kind costs. The sessions include approaches on special issues and on cross cutting themes. Special issues are public procurement and state aid. Cross cutting themes are publicity measures and National and regional strategies. Practical case examples are based on both inventive project application on an investment project and a soft measure in environmental protection, and on an existing example of a project on cultural heritage. |
