Joint financial management agreement
Information Sheet 4: Programme Bodies in the section on the Paying Authority gives the example of how the EUREGIO, Euregio Rhein-Waal and Euregio Rhein-Maas-Nord IIA programmes agreed on setting up a joint PA and other joint financial management functions. The agreement that provides the basis for this is available in English. On the website for the merged IIIA programme the agreement for the new joint programme is available in English, German, and Dutch.

Working papers
As part of the preparation for the series of IIIA Programme Management Seminars, four short working papers have been developed to give input to participants before the event on key aspects of managing a IIIA programme.

Report on Programme Management for INTERREG IIIB and IIIC
This report was completed in September 2004 on the basis of the discussions and exchanges that took place between IIIB and C programmes at the Programme Management seminar in Brussels in the beginning of July 2004. Many issues covered by this report are still relevant, such as how to manage N+2, problems in implementing a transnational/ interregional project and the timing of key programme procedures.
